All orders placed before 11.00 will be shipped the same day. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a track and trace number via email. 

This product needs to be shipped on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are made via Dascher and take 4-5 working days to arrive.

Dascher requires a phone number as they will contact you to confirm when they will arrive.

Please note that smaller chandeliers and hanging lamps may be delivered within 2-3 working days as a normal boxed delivery via DPD.
