Once we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers and your order will be prepared for delivery. As soon as your order is at the courier company and ready to be sent, you will receive an email containing your Order Tracking Number. 

We work with a variety of premium brands and processing times may vary between 1- 2 days.

We offer free shipping on all our products throughout the Netherlands. 

Shipping will take between 1- 3 business days. You can use your Order Tracking Number to track your delivery on our Order Tracking page.

Problems with the delivery:

Our product pages have an estimated time of arrival based on the individual brands processing and delivery times. If you have not received your products within this time frame, do not hesitate to contact us. 

Price Match Policy
