Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online retailer. We do not have a physical store where you can view our products. This allows us to keep our costs down and offer you competitive prices. We are here, however, in our office, waiting to answer any questions you might have!

What happens if I change my mind?

We offer a 30 day return period on all products. If you have a question about returns, please see our Returns and Refund Policy or contact us directly via email, chat or whatsapp.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?

You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page by using the tracking number sent to you. You will receive this number when the courier company has received your order and it is ready to send.

Do I pay for shipping?

No! We offer free shipping on all products.
