Product Guarantee

Our suppliers have product warranties that apply to their products.

Supplier	Warrenty Period
Searchlight	All integral LED items are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. Outdoor lights are covered by a 3-year finish warranty (restrictions may apply). Non-LED products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Elstead Lighting	All fittings supplied, both interior and exterior, have a manufacturer’s minimum guarantee of 2 years. This means that in normal and fair service, (and without incorrect or inappropriate installation or location), any product sold by Elstead Lighting or its partners should have no fault develop within a minimum of 2 years from purchase. Any fault that is found is covered by guarantee to be repaired or replaced at the suppliers cost, within this period. ALL Elstead warranties/guarantees do not cover out of pocket expenses or consequential costs.
Ideal Lux	5 Years Manufacturer’s Warranty Ideal Lux guarantees to consumer the correct functioning of the product and the possibility of supplying spare parts for manufacturing defect for a period of 5 years from the date of the invoice and subjected to the warranty conditions expressed below.
