All orders placed before 11.00 will be shipped the same day. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a track and trace number via email.

This product will be sent via DPD and should arrive in 2-3 working days.

If you're ordering other products from us, please note that some large chandeliers and hanging lamps may require shipping on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are made via Dascher and take 4-5 working days to arrive.
