What happens if i miss my delivery?
We encourage you to check delivery dates and times using the Tracking Number you are provided. If an incorrect delivery address is listed, the delivery will be returned and the correct details will need to be provided before it can be resent.
How do I know if my order has been processed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email with an order number after we receive your order. When your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your delivery. If you do not receive any emails from us, it is unlikely that your order has been successful. Contact us to confirm.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us before returning the product and we will instruct you from there. You will be required to pay return shipping. For more information, see our Returns Policy page
Does my product come with a warranty?
